Do you like going to the movies? If you do, then you should check out Gofobo. The site lists free movie screenings in the Portland metro area (and other cities). Thanks fo Gofobo, I’ve been able to take my kids to see movies at the theaters before the films were officially released to the general public.
Many of the movies listed on the site say “private screening” but they usually open up the week of the screening. If not, then you’ll need a code to get passes for these private screenings. One of my favorite site for getting Gofobo codes is the 43KIX Portland Facebook page.
In addition to providing Gofobo codes, 43KIX Portland also features entertainment news and weekly contests for movie prize packs. BTW, 43KIX is currently running a contest for the Katy Perry: Part of Me movie. Email a video to Portland@43kix.com telling them what makes you the biggest Katy Cat (Katy’s hard core fan). Those with the best videos will win tickets to 43KIX’s exclusive screenings (4pm and 7pm on July 2nd at Regal Pioneer Place). My youngest daughter would love to see the Katy Perry film. She’s only six, but she’s a big fan of Katy Perry.
On another note, 43KIX Portland is also on Twitter.
