Brad Pitt has a new movie coming out. It’s called Fury (Sony Pictures). The film is a historic story about a sergeant named Wardaddy (Pitt) who is on a mission behind enemy line in Nazi Germany. Fury will open in theaters on October 17th. If you can’t wait until then, you can download passes (click on the link to get a pass) to see a screening on Wednesday, October 15th at Regal Bridgeport at 7pm. The passes are first come, first serve. In the event they run out of passes, let me know. I’ll ask the studio to add more passes, but I can’t guarantee they will. Stay tune, I’m running a Fury prize pack sweepstakes on my Portland blog next week.
April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, and with a rookie soldier thrust into their platoon, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
